Want a Free Apple iPhone 3G from Xpango?

It would seem that an awful lot of people want the new iPhone 3G as shops around the world have sold out!

We Blogged about a month ago regarding the possibility that the iPhone 3G will only be available from Apple Stores and Mobile Phone shops such as O2 and ATT etc and not directly to buy via the Apple Store. This would now appear to be the case, with the iPhone 3G not being currently available to purchase online via Apple.

So how can you get a free iPhone 3G from Xpango?

Well, we have been chatting to Apple and expect there to be a PAYG version of the iPhone 3G to be released in Q4 of this year. PAYG is a type of pre-paid Sim Card, meaning you will be able to use your iPhone without the need for a fixed contract.

Exact prices of this package are yet to be confirmed but we believe the 8GB version to be availble for around 32 Credits and the 16GB for 38 Credits from Xpango.

    Whilst adding the 3G iPhone is great news, the figures don't stack up. I mean the 3G iPhone retails at £100 less than the old iPhone so why does it cost more credits. 32 credits for a basic iPhone worth around £200 and only 65 credits for a 40" TV worth near £1000. Please can you take another look at the credits needed for the iPhone 3G.

    The Apple iPhone is currently set at more Credits as we are aiming to provide the version that does not come with a contract.

    The prices you have seen (around £100) is for an iPhone that comes with a contract.

    Xpango will be offering the iPhone 3G without the need for a contract within the next couple of months, however members can begin gaining credits now, in-time to receive their iPhone 3G when Xpango receive this version.
