The Nintendo 3DS brings 3D gaming to a handheld console for the first time - you have to see it to believe it!

The Nintendo 3DS will finally be available World Wide from March the 25th, allowing gamers to get their hands on this huge new release from Nintendo.

3D Gaming without glasses?

Experience 3D gaming in the palm of your hand without the need for 3D glasses. The 3DS features a widescreen 3D top screen displaying full 3D visuals.

The Nintendo 3DS uses 3D Slider functionality and an improved top LCD display to present a glasses-free 3D effect on compatible games, while giving players the option to moderate the effect as they see fit.


More ways to play

Packing more power than past DS consoles, the graphics in 3DS games will look better than ever before, while the addition of an analogue pad will offer more precise control for traditional button-based games. On top of that, iPad-style motion controls will let you twist and tilt your arms while holding the DS console to play in entirely new ways!

The 3DS also includes a motion gyro sensor to allow you to tilt the console as part of your gaming experience, plus it has built in WiFi, a 3D Camera, 2GB Memory Card and backwards compatibility; meaning you can play all your existing DS or DSi Games on your 3DS.

There are also come great games on the way for the 3DS, including Mario Kart 3D, Super Street Figher 3D and Fifa 3D to name but a few.
